How do I return a product?

2583 JB ‘s-Gravenhage - Please include a copy of your order confirmation with the package. On your order confirmation, please write “return” and the bank account number to which we can credit the amount.
Things to consider
- If you wish to return a product, please ensure you have completed the return form on this page or notified us by email ([email protected]) of your intention to return the product within 14 days of receiving it.
- Ensure the product is in its original packaging and carefully packed, include the invoice with your return, and send your return within 14 days.
- After processing your return, you will receive the refund within 14 days.
- Unfortunately, we cannot credit returns that are not carefully packaged or arrive damaged.
- Please note: the cost of return shipping is at your own expense!
